The Boston Celtics defended home court with a 123-101 victory over the Washington Wizards in Game 5. Boston now leads the series 3-2 with a chance to eliminate the Wizards in Washington on Friday night. Avery Bradley led the way for the Celtics with an impressive 29 point performance.

Isaiah Thomas, Al Horford and Jae Crowder each delivered 18-19 points each. The Celtics dominated from the start of the game to regain control of the series after dropping two straight in Washington.

John Wall had one of his weaker games of the playoffs with 21 points on 7 of 17 shooting from the field. The Wizards will need to win two straight to advance.
