The Memphis Grizzlies will be without Chandler Parsons for the remainder of the regular season and the playoffs. Parsons has struggled immensely averaging just 6.2 points per game on an atrocious 34% shooting from the field. The small forward will undergo surgery to repair a partial tear of the meniscus in his left knee.
This is the third consecutive season Parsons will have end early due to an injury. Memphis signed him in the offseason with the hopes of adding a dynamic scorer to their core. Unfortunately, they will have to wait another year and hope they get it in Parsons’ second season on the team.
