The Philadelphia 76ers continue to confuse the world with their updates of injured players. Philadelphia claimed rookie Ben Simmons would make his debut in the second half of the season before ruling him out at the All-Star break.
The same confusion is being shown with Joel Embiid’s timetable. Embiid expressed frustration with the team not giving the correct information.
“I wasn’t too happy with the way it was kind of handled before. I saw the day-to-day part. I was told that I was going to miss at least two or three weeks. So I wasn’t happy with the way it was handled.
I thought keeping my name out there was going to just like literally have people think about me all the time instead of just saying when I was going to be back.”
Embiid is very open and clearly doesn’t want the lying about his own injury.
