The youth of the NBA will be on display during All-Star Weekend for the Rising Stars Challenge. First and second players will form rosters for a USA vs. The World exhibition.
The United States team will consist of the following players: Karl-Anthony Towns of the Minnesota Timberwolves, Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns, Myles Turner of the Indiana Pacers, Malcolm Brogdon of the Milwaukee Bucks, Marquese Chriss of the Suns, Brandon Ingram and D’Angelo Russell of the Los Angeles Lakers, Frank Kaminsky of the Charlotte Hornets, Jahlil Okafor of the 76ers and Jonathon Simmons of the San Antonio Spurs.
The world will be represented by the following names: Joel Embiid (Cameroon), Nikola Jokic (Serbia), Kristaps Porzingis (Latvia), Emmanuel Mudiay (Democratic Republic of the Congo), Jamal Murray (Canada), Danté Exum (Australia) and Trey Lyles (Canada) of the Utah Jazz, Buddy Hield (Bahamas), Domantas Sabonis (Lithuania) and Dario Saric (Croatia).
NBA All-Star Weekend will kick off the festivities with the Rising Stars Challenge on Friday February 17th.
