The desire of Kyrie Irving is still to be traded away from the Cleveland Cavaliers. New reports have surfaced that Irving is now looking at one specific team to join. According to Peter Vecsey, Kyrie wants to become the starting point guard of the Los Angeles Clippers in an upcoming trade.
The Clippers have a lot of talented pieces, including superstar power forward Blake Griffin. Chris Paul leaving the Clippers opens up the point guard position in a good spot. It will be tough to get a deal done unless it’s a three-team trade. DeAndre Jordan would likely be the biggest asset sent from the Clippers in such a trade.
