LeBron James wasted no time convincing Dwyane Wade to join the Cleveland Cavaliers. Wade revealed that James started recruiting him right after the Chicago Bulls traded Jimmy Butler to the Minnesota Timberwolves. It became clear that Wade would not be in Chicago long term due to his window closing of being able to compete at a high level and the team looking to rebuild.
The Bulls and Wade finally reached a buy out agreement earlier this week with Wade signing with the Cavaliers right after. Wade started that working out on court with James this summer helped convince him of their chemistry still existing from the Miami years to try to win more rings together.
