Russell Westbrook is averaging a triple double of 31.7 points, 10.6 rebounds and 10.0 assists making him a favorite to win the MVP Award. Almost every basketball pundit has him in the discussion at the very least. One person that disagrees is Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.
The war of words between Westbrook and Cuban started in the first round of the postseason last year. Cuban fanned the flames this week with the following thoughts on the MVP race.
Mark Cuban says MVP is a toss-up between James Harden and LeBron James. Where is Russell Westbrook in that mix? "He's not."

Everyone knows Westbrook is a legitimate superstar and belongs in the MVP race. Cuban looks like a petty goof trying to keep it going.
