Mike Conley is off to one of the best starts to his career for the Memphis Grizzlies. The point guard is averaging 19.2 points and 5.6 assists per game, along with impressive defense. Pro Basketball Talk reports Conley expressed frustration about never making the All-Star Game and his hopes of making it this season.
“It’s very frustrating, but I know my team feels like I am, I feel like I am that All-Star-caliber guy. I just have to keep playing like that and get better as each year goes by.”
Conley has emerged as a top all-around point in recent years and he feels he is deserving of the All-Star status.
